Personalised Print Returns Policy

As personalised prints are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing your order.

Please carefully check all names, dates, wording and personalisation details before placing your order, as we will print your design exactly as the information provided at checkout.

If your personalised print arrives damaged, faulty or contains an error made by us, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

If an error has been made in the personalisation details provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement free of charge. However, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your print. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your standard, non-personalised print within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the print must be returned unused and in its original condition, with reasonable care taken to ensure it is protected during transit. We recommend reusing the packaging your order arrived in.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund. Your refund will be made to the original payment method.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll be happy to put this right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
